Dana has been a student of Swami Khecaranatha since 2002. She was initiated as a teacher in the TrikaShala Lineage in May 2015. Dana began exploring eastern meditative practices and philosophies under the direction of Dr. Olga Luchakova over 23 years ago as a result of her own spontaneous experiences of Kundalini. Dana’s areas of study included Kundalini yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Dzogchen, and Vipassana. She deeply resonated with the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism during this time and is profoundly grateful for the grace that led her to meet Swami Khecaranatha and the lineage of TrikaShala practice.

Witnessing the devotion and integrity of Swami Khecaranatha to his spiritual path and his students has made a deep impression on my life. It is not just the power of his shaktipat, but the power of his continued surrender and dedication that inspires me to open to the grace available within this practice, and to dedicate my life to serving others with the same intention of liberation and unconditional love in this life.
